Temporary Crown Materials
Temporary crowns can be made in practice to give a tooth coverage, while the permanent crown is made off-site, typically in a dental laboratory. Temporary crowns are often made of acrylic-based material.
These materials are only designed to be used on the teeth intermediately while awaiting the manufacture of the permanent fixture.
