How To Order?
Place your orders online, by telephone, by fax, or by post, at your convenience.
When you phone us to place your order our Customer Service Staff will carefully check your order and account details as well as stock availability. Your order is then processed. As soon as your order is complete, an invoice is raised and this accompanies your goods or follows by post to the invoice address.
All orders received by 3.00 pm are processed and despatched for delivery within 48 hours.
We will always contact you to advise you if your order is placed on Back Order with the reason and likely delay and to check your requirements

How to Pay
CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS
For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Maestro Credit/Debit Card payments by telephone.
Please note, we will never ask for a customer to confirm any credit card details via email and if you receive an email claiming to be from HealthCare Direct asking you to do so then please ignore it and do not respond
Cheques should be payable to "HealthCare Direct Ltd". To ensure the cheque is allocated correctly please enclose your remittance advice from the invoice. Alternatively, please write your account and invoice number/s on the reverse of the cheque.
